I have started back running! My gorgeous osteopath says that I could try a 15min run and see how my knee holds up. I was meant to try to get to the gym this week but didn't manage to. I went out on my usual route this afternoon and ran for about 15minutes and then walked the rest. My knee feels ok so far.
Was at the hairdresser and asked her just to tidy up my locks. She lopped off a good 2inches! My hair won't quite be how I like it for about a month now!
I have an interview on Tuesday so been doing preparation and research today. Let you know how that goes.
