Enjoyed the sun this weekend. Spent time on the riverfront at Richmond and met up with someone I know who was running the marathon. She did extremely well in the heat. I saw the exhausted elation of those finishing but also saw them hobbling, unable to walk after sitting down for a moment afterwards. It looked exciting to take part but I think I'll stick to my 5 and 10k runs.
Eventually got my 'phone line fixed on Friday. I can put my new 'phone on speakphone and actually prefer to use it that way.
